Rolenix is committed to providing transparent and fair refund policies for our services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our Pro subscription plans.

Employer Pro Subscription

Monthly Subscriptions

Our monthly Pro subscriptions operate on a prepaid basis with the following refund policy:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of your paid period.
  • No Free Trial: Since we do not offer a free trial, we encourage you to explore our Free plan before upgrading to Pro.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If you were charged but did not receive Pro access due to a technical error on our end.
  • Technical Issues: If critical platform features were unavailable for an extended period (typically >7 consecutive days).

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at admin@primeworkshub.com within 7 days of the charge.
  2. Provide your account email, transaction ID, and a brief explanation of your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Service Credits

In cases where a full refund may not be applicable, we may offer service credits for future billing cycles. Credits are applied automatically to your account and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Job Posting Credits

Job posting credits included in Pro subscriptions or purchased separately are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire at the end of your subscription period or 30 days from purchase (whichever comes first).

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
