Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Register" in the navigation bar, choose your account type (Candidate or Employer), and fill out the registration form. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

What's the difference between candidate and employer accounts?

Candidate accounts are for job seekers who want to find and apply for jobs. Employer accounts are for companies looking to post job listings and hire talent.

I didn't receive my verification email

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, go to the verify email page and click "Resend verification email". You can resend after 60 seconds.

For Job Seekers

How do I search for jobs?

Once logged in, you can browse available positions on your dashboard. Use filters to narrow down by location, job type, experience level, and salary range.

How do I apply for a job?

Click on any job listing to view details, then click "Apply Now". Your profile information and resume will be sent directly to the employer.

Can I track my applications?

Yes! Visit the "My Applications" section in your dashboard to see all jobs you've applied to and their current status.

For Employers

How do I post a job?

From your employer dashboard, click "Post a Job". Fill in the job details including title, description, requirements, salary range, and location. Your listing will be live immediately.

How do I review applications?

Go to "Review Candidates" in your dashboard. You'll see all applications organized by job listing. Click on any applicant to view their full profile and resume.

Can I edit or close a job listing?

Yes! Go to "My Job Listings" and click the three-dot menu next to any job. You can edit details or mark the position as filled to close it.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to Settings → Account and update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address before it takes effect.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data within 90 days.
